On today's edition of INSIGHT with Chris Van Vliet, Dexter Lumis revealed that a scrapped WrestleMania match against The Judgment Day contributed to the faction losing its momentum after a memorable debut.

Lumis said that the plans were shelved due to a health issue with somebody in the faction.

He made it clear that health does come first but said WWE should have given them the "ball a little bit more" during that downtime to keep the momentum going.

During the discussion, Lumis revealed that during the first season of WWE: Unreal on Netflix, fans did catch a glimpse of tentative WrestleMania plans, which included the Wyatt Sicks against The Judgment Day listed on a whiteboard visible in the background of a writers’ room meeting.

Dexter Lumis had a unique character during his run in NXT. He would rarely speak, and his actions got him over with the fans.

During his debut on NXT in July 2019, he faced Bronson Reed and immediately stood out despite losing his match. After he put Reed in a headlock, he licked his face.

Speaking on INSIGHT, Lumis said his actions worked well with the character he was playing at that time. He said during the match against Reed, the moment he licked his face, the crowd was taken by surprise. Lumis said that it was about garnering a reaction and being different.
