It’s official — Off Campus series regulars Mika Abdalla and Stephen Kalyn will take center stage in Season 2 which will spotlight the romantic relationship between their characters Allie Hayes (Abdalla) and Dean Di Laurentis (Kalyn). Prime Video made the announcement with a video, which you can watch below, and photos of the couple. In them, Kalyn is sporting more understated blonde highlights than the aggressive bleached hair Dean became known for in Season 1.

Off Campus may be following the same blueprint each year, letting a couple get to know each other over the course of a season before giving them their own installment. Similarly to Dean and Allie in Season 1, the series will introduce India Fowler as Grace Ivers, the love interest to Antonio Cipriano's John Logan, in Season 2. They are the couple of Book #2, The Mistake.

The timing of Allie taking the spotlight is great too as Abdalla just went viral with her Jennifer Lopez social media video. (One of Allie’s most memorable Season 1 scenes was dressing up as Lopez and dancing to one of her hits at a Halloween party.)

A college soap based on the bestselling book series, Off Campus follows an elite ice hockey team, and the women in their lives, as they grapple with love, heartbreak, and self-discovery-forging deep friendships and enduring bonds while navigating the complexities that come with transitioning into adulthood. The four hockey team players at the center of the books — and the show — are Garrett (Cameli), Cipriano (Logan), Kalyn (Dean) and Tucker from Book #4, The Goal (Jalen Thomas Brooks).

The series regulars for Off Campus Season 2 are Abdalla, Kalyn, Bright, Cameli, Cipriano, Brooks and Fowler, with Soo recurring.

Levy co-showruns and executive produces Off Campus with Gina Fattore. Wyck Godfrey, Marty Bowen and James Seidman executive produce for Temple Hill. Leanna Billings of Billings Productions and Neal Flaherty also serve as executive producers.

Off Campus, which was renewed for Season 2 in February, ahead of its series premiere, launched on May 13, logging 36 million viewers worldwide in the first 12 days of release, including two full weekends, per Amazon. That ranks as Prime Video's No. 3 most-viewed debut season ever behind Season 1 of The Lord of the Rings: The Rings of Power and Fallout. Among Women 18-34, Season 1 is Prime Video's most-viewed series debut season of all-time, per Amazon.

Abdalla, who led Hulu's comedy Sex Appeal, recently starred in the 2024 indie Snack Shack opposite Gabe LaBelle, and appeared in The Pitt. Kalyn is a Canadian actor best known for his recurring role in Gen V and also appeared in Cruel Intentions, Motorheads, and Essex County.
