The smartphone is powered by either the Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 chipset or Samsung's Exynos 2600 processor, depending on the market. It runs Android 16-based One UI 8.5.

The Galaxy S26 Plus sports a triple rear camera setup comprising a 50MP primary sensor with OIS, a 10MP telephoto camera with OIS, and a 12MP ultra-wide lens. On the front, it features a 12MP camera with dual-pixel autofocus. The phone supports video recording of up to 8K resolution.

The device packs a 4,900mAh battery with support for 45W wired fast charging, 20W wireless charging, and 4.5W reverse wireless charging. Samsung claims the wired charger can replenish up to 69 percent of the battery in around 30 minutes.
