JAM 2027 will be conducted in computer-based test (CBT) mode across seven subjects:BiotechnologyChemistryEconomicsGeologyMathematicsMathematical StatisticsPhysics
Candidates can opt for one or two test papers, subject to the prescribed paper combinations and examination sessions.
The application fee varies according to the candidate's category and the number of test papers selected.
For one test paper, female candidates and candidates belonging to the Scheduled Caste (SC), Scheduled Tribe (ST) and Persons with Benchmark Disabilities (PwD) categories must pay Rs 1,000. For all other candidates, the fee is Rs 2,000.
